Forecast before strategy
Every quarter starts with a re-forecast against your pipeline - not a task list. If the numbers say a channel or cluster won’t pay back, it gets cut before your team spends a sprint on it.

Every recommendation ships with the reasoning, the data behind it, and the expected impact - so leadership can audit the strategy months later and see exactly why each call was made.

Three-layer accountability
